Position Title: Ministry Heads (Executive Team Member)


Reports to:
Core Director

Organization Structure: Assistant Ministry Head, Administrator, and Growth Lead

Staff: PAID


Overview:


This is a unique opportunity for a married couple to lead a vibrant and impactful Marriage Ministry within All Nations Church. The successful couple will have a strong, Christ-centered marriage and a passion for equipping and empowering other couples to build thriving, God-honoring relationships.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Marriage Ministry Programs:
    • Plan and execute a variety of events and activities for married couples, such as:
      • Marriage retreats and conferences
      • Date nights and social gatherings
      • Small group studies and mentoring
      • Marriage enrichment workshops and seminars
      • Premarital counseling and support
  • Build Relationships:
    • Connect with couples within the church and build strong relationships.
    • Offer individual and couples counseling and support as needed.
    • Serve as mentors and role models for other married couples.
    • Recruit and train volunteers to assist with Marriage Ministry activities.
  • Promote and Advocate for Strong Families:
    • Integrate marriage ministry into the overall life of the church.
    • Advocate for the importance of strong families within the church community.
    • Communicate the value of marriage ministry to church members.
  • Personal Growth and Development:
    • Continuously grow in their own marriage and spiritual walk.
    • Seek professional development opportunities to enhance their ministry skills.
    • Maintain a healthy work-life balance.


Qualifications:

  • A strong, Christ-centered marriage with a proven track record of success.
  • A deep understanding of biblical principles for marriage and family.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and implement effective programs and events.
  • Experience in ministry or related field preferred.

Position Title: Ministry Director (Core Executive Team Member)


Reports to:
Executive Pastor Timothy Bowie

Organization Structure: Assistant Ministry Head, Administrator, and Growth Lead

Staff: Temporary volunteer


Overview:

This position is designed for an Executive Level Leader who provides the vision for program development, coordination, implementation, and direction to Core Ministries of All Nations Church, Fairfield. This leader provides discipleship essentials for operating in all varieties of families, whether traditional, single-parent homes, widows, or divorced. This leader helps develop processes for becoming a fully committed follower of Jesus Christ.


Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all activities and events for all ministry heads
  • Develop orientation for all volunteers in the Core groups Areas leaders
  • Assures that all ministry heads have the proper training to carry out all duties assigned
  • Serves as a part of the church senior leadership team
  • Provide oversight for the church’s gender-specific, interest-specific, and age-specific small groups, along with the church’s men’s and women’s ministries
  • Develops and implements a Christian development plan for growth
  • Quarterly training and activation plans for the training
  • Develop Core groups' yearly calendar for all activities & events (vacation bible school, Marriage retreats, church picnics, etc.)
  • Identifies and executes activities that build relationships between various teams within our church ministry teams
  • Coordinates regular team enrichment opportunities
  • Communicates with volunteer teams to ensure duties and responsibilities are carried out


Duties:

  • Requires a quarterly schedule for all meetings and any activities planned with each ministry
  • Plans meetings with ministry heads/team lead and executive teams for developmental training (IE requires a book to read for training, develop strategies for overall ministry, etc.)
  • Share the vision with all levels of volunteers
  • Introduces new and innovative ideas for the area
  • Strongly suggest ideas for fellowship
  • Give instructions for procedures for events

Position Title: Life Groups Ministry Head

Overview:

A Life Group Ministry Leader plays a critical role in fostering community, discipleship, and spiritual growth within a church by overseeing the development and management of small group programs. These groups provide an intimate setting where individuals can deepen their relationship with God, connect with others, and grow in their faith through fellowship, study, and prayer.


Responsibilities:

  • Cares for and oversees the church life group division
  • Develop and maintain a system of support for small group leaders and teachers
  • Understand the vision and communicate it to Ministry Leaders
  • Recruit and train new small group hosts
  • Oversee and ensure the plan is executed as the visionary has set
  • Multi-team management includes scheduling planning meetings, follow-up meetings, and debriefing meetings
  • Develops and maintains avenues of communication with each small group leader, thereby iterating on the expectations and responsibilities
  • Develop leaders through training and teaching, including outside sources
  • Determine and maintain role clarity for the Small group leaders and hosts
  • Develop and plan the curriculum for effective internal and external communication
  • Create a strategy for involving more of the congregation in small group ministries
  • Stay current in best practices for church life group ministry
  • Creates and schedules quarter sessions and follow-up plans
  • Able to lead volunteer teams in directions of growth and effectiveness
  • Develop system(s) of accountability, i.e., attendance rules, orientation, etc.
  • Reviews small group curriculum for biblical fidelity and makes recommendations of appropriate curriculum to small group leaders
  • Regularly report to the church’s Executive Pastor and Senior Pastor on the health and growth of the small group system


Duties:

  • Develop a system for Life group host to follow
  • Train leaders on the 6 to 8-week plan
  • Work with the marketing team to develop a strategy for leaders and how to add members to small groups

Overview:


A Youth Pastor is a vital part of a church's ministry team, responsible for guiding, mentoring, and fostering the spiritual growth of young people, typically ranging from elementary school children through high school or early college years. This role involves creating a supportive, faith-centered environment where youth can explore and deepen their relationship with God while addressing their unique challenges in today's world.


Responsibilities:

  • Spiritual Leadership: Provide mentorship, counseling, and spiritual guidance to youth members, helping them deepen their relationship with God.
  • Youth Group Leadership: Lead engaging and impactful youth group meetings focused on worship, learning, fellowship, and discipleship.
  • Event Planning: Organize and coordinate youth events, retreats, vacation bible school, camps, and activities aligned with the church’s values.
  • Teaching and Preaching: Prepare and deliver relevant teachings that communicate biblical truths in a relatable manner to young audiences.
  • Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers to support youth ministry activities effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Establish positive relationships with youth, families, and the broader church community to foster a sense of belonging.
  • Outreach: Encourage youth participation in outreach efforts and evangelistic activities within the community.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage budgeting, record-keeping, communication with parents, and coordination with church staff.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other church ministries to integrate youth activities seamlessly within the broader church context.

Experience:

  • Previous experience: Previous experience working with youth in a ministry or leadership capacity is valuable.
  • Spiritual Maturity: Demonstrated personal relationship with Jesus Christ and commitment to biblical principles.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead both youth members and volunteers effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with young audiences.
  • Relatability: Ability to connect with youth on their level and build meaningful relationships based on empathy.

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Marketing Team Ministry Head to develop and oversee marketing strategies that amplify All Nations Church's mission and engage our congregation and the broader community. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for Jesus Christ, a heart for ministry, and experience in marketing, branding, and digital communication.


Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy Development:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote church events, services, and initiatives.
    • Identify creative ways to communicate the Gospel and connect with diverse audiences.
    • Conduct market research to understand community needs and tailor strategies accordingly.
  • Digital Media and Content Creation:
    • Oversee the creation of engaging content for social media, email newsletters, websites, and other platforms.
    • Manage and maintain the church's digital presence, ensuring it aligns with its mission and values.
    • Monitor trends and best practices in digital communication to enhance outreach efforts.
  • Branding and Messaging:
    • Maintain consistent church branding across all marketing materials.
    • Ensure that all communications reflect the church’s mission, vision, and core values.
  • Leadership and Collaboration:
    • Lead and inspire a team of volunteers and staff involved in marketing and communication events.
    • Collaborate with ministry leaders to promote their activities and ensure alignment with overall church goals.
    • Provide training and mentorship to team members to build skills and foster growth.
  • Event Promotion:
    • Develop promotional campaigns for church events, outreach programs, and special initiatives.
    • Partner with local organizations and media outlets to enhance visibility within the community.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, using data to make informed decisions.
    • Provide regular reports to church leadership on marketing effectiveness and insights.


Qualifications:

  • A personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within a faith-based or non-profit organization.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation software.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Creativity and innovation in developing impactful marketing strategies.
  • A collaborative spirit and ability to work actively with diverse teams.


Preferred Skills:

  • Graphic design, photography, and/or videography experience.
  • Familiarity with church management systems and email marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and online advertising tools.
